My clipper does not work, how do I know what the problem is ?
If the clipper and charger work OK with another battery then you know the battery is the issue.
If you dont know what the problem is then send the clipper, charger & battery to be tested.
Should I Send My Charger with My Battery?
I you include your charger we will check its working for no extra charge.
Our Tip
Send your clippers to service, batteries to re-cell and clipper blades to sharpen at the same time. This saves you money on postage and completes more jobs at once.

Acquired a used Heniger Clipper to start grooming our 3 dogs and found it wouldn’t charge. Sent 1 battery and the charging dock for checking and repair.
This was returned very quickly and at a very reasonable cost, but on return the clippers still wouldn’t work.
Then sent them and the spare battery for checking and repair along with 2 blades for sharpening. The battery was found to be in good condition but the clippers had seized gears. This was repaired as part of the clipper service and the battery repair cost refunded.
I am very impressed with the speed, honesty, value and overall performance of this company and have no qualms in reccomending them.
VERY WELL DONE.
