What about Roseline Scissors ?

Roseline Scissors have been around for a long time and are popular with animal groomers. In my opinion these are very good scissors and I think reasonable priced.

They are made in Germany from high quality hard steel. Hard steel like this cuts very well when sharpened and keeps the sharp edge for a long time. These scissors don’t bend and if you try to bend them they will snap.

The straight Roseline scissors cut very well when sharpened properly. The thinning scissors cut well but the action is not so smooth due to slightly imprecise cast hollow faces.

Top points:
Always very good steel
Always consistent quality
Reasonably priced

Bad points:
Roseline scissors have cast hollow blade faces which are a little imprecise and dont have the smoothest cutting action, particularly noticeable with thinning scissors.
