Absolute fabulous service! Sent the day before and sent back the day after. Bargain price to fix and service if you ask me. Would highly recommend just saved me £600 on new clippers!!!

Two different sets of blades sent for sharpening, tried them out this weekend and as good as new (and prompt return as promised).
Tip to all - retain the box they return for future postage.

Blades sharpened, all promptly sent back, due to Royal mail strikes … More took 10 days to be delivered!! Not at all Steve's fault, despite been sent back signed for 1st class. Well packed, will definitely be send more blades to be sharpened and more clippers to be serviced/repaired, at the end of winter when Royal mail are back on track!!!

I made a mistake in my order re the type of blades being sent and when I queried an additional invoice Steven was very short with me and hung up, as I had already invested time and postage in sending … More him blades I just paid the additional payment to get the job done, this was done very quickly and emails were sent informing me of progress which was good. But on using one of the sharpened sets today it did not clip well and didn’t even manage half a horse before they were totally blunt.
