Cheap TEMU clipper blades, Are they any good ??

Some groomers are opting to buy new blades from TEMU rather than using a sharpening service. The TEMU blades are very cheap, but are they any good.

Buying Directly From China is cheaper.
China’s communist government is much more pro business than our government and make buying directly from China very cheap despite shipping them around the world and import fees.

So they are cheap but what about the quality ?
The prices of these blades does range from £7 to £40 and the quality also does vary. The very cheap ones are usually soft metal which means that while they do work they will blunt more quickly and are probably not worth getting sharpened. Some of them though are well made and the metal is OK making them comparable to the better known brands.

My Conclusion
Definitely for single use blades or if you don’t like using a sharpening service then these are great.
However its still better value to buy good quality blades and get them sharpened. Clipper blades can be sharpened many times so for the long run I would buy the ones I like rather than the cheapest and get them sharpened when they stop working.
